I am a 30-year-old, white, queer, fat, transmasc, and nonbinary individual living in Philadelphia for over 11 years. I am neurodivergent, hard of hearing and in substance use recovery for more than half of a decade.

I have been working with LGBTQIA+ individuals for over 6 years in various case management and mental health therapy roles, with most of my career in crisis counseling. I have experience working with the following populations:

My approach to therapy is person-centered, harm-reduction-based, and strengths-based. I utilize DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic theory and IFS in sessions to process and explore emotions, as well as provide coping skills for your unique needs. I believe in a trauma-competent approach to therapy that meets you where you are in your journey. Additionally, I am certified in TF-CBT for adolescents and young adults.
