What is the cost for therapy?

There are two options: sliding scale and insurance.

Option 1: Sliding scale based on Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) for 2026 for a household of one.

200% of FPG or below: $0-31,920.00 is $50 per session.

Between 200% and 400% of FPG: $31,920.00 - $ 63,840 is $75 per session.

Between 400% and 600% of FPG: $63,840- $95,760.00 is $100 per session.

600% FPG or above: $95,760 or above is $125 per session.

Option 2: Insurance. I’m actively working on approval for multiple insurance panels. Currently in network with: Independence Blue Cross (PA), Highmark BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna
